This is going to end up being another short post, but I at least wanted to say Happy New Year.
2016 has more than once been described as a “dumpster fire” of a year. 2017 was pretty bad, too, although most of that originates from a single source. My hope is that 2018 will be everything we hoped 2016 and 2017 would be, full of joy and triumph, growth and compassion.
We’re on our way somewhere, and though we don’t quite seem to know where just yet, we do seem to be picking up speed. My hope is that we finally manage to choose a destination and that our choice improves the lives of others in the world as well as our own.
Happy New Year, everyone. Make it truly remarkable for everyone you know.
